When COVID-19 hit, YBI immediately leveraged its experience and rallied its network to respond to the pressing needs of millions of young entrepreneurs around the world. Thanks to the support of Google.org and partners such as Accenture, YBI was able to respond rapidly and catalyse a global response. The Rapid Response and Recovery Programme was launched offering COVID-19 focussed services in 65 countries to support entrepreneurs across the globe deal with the unique challenges presented by the pandemic and accompanying lockdowns and social distancing measures.
