Achievement At Glance

Between 29 March 2018-29 March 2019 AIESEC delivered 3674 professional opportunities for youth across 116 countries and territories with over 1100 organizations. As part of the experience, young participants developed skills in the fields of marketing and sales, finance, business administration, IT, engineering and language education.
Our main partners were DPDHL, TATA, Electrolux, UCB, among others.

Based on the AIESEC Global Internship report we conducted in 2018, young people actively develop their soft skills during the internship as well as language skills. As language skills and practical experience are the aspects employers value the most in international employees, international internships enable organizations to get the talent they are looking for while creating professional development opportunities for young people.
