Achievement At Glance

Through conferences like, March 8 Women’s Day, the ICSB World Congress, GW October Entrepreneurship Conference and Webinars in topics such as youth entrepreneurship, we have help engage with over 200 students on how they can create employment opportunities for themselves through creativity and innovation. We have worked with institutions such as the George Washington University, Rowan University and Seton Hall to help create entrepreneurship courses and initiatives in order to engage youth.

Key Highlight On Guiding Principle

  • Expanded multi-stakeholder partnerships
  • Promotion of gender equality
  • Leveraging existng platforms and lessons learned

We have expanded multi-stakeholder partnerships through our Knowledge Hub program which consists of organizations, universities, research institutions, NGOs, and firms that are working to successfully create new knowledge, drive innovation, and build networks. Knowledge Hubs are localities with high internal and external networking and knowledge sharing capabilities.

We have promoted gender equality through the Womepreneurs Program initiative. WE are on a mission to support and equip women entrepreneurs and educators with the tools and experience necessary to become successful leaders, no matter their current career level.

WE have a vision that all ICSB World Congress participants are inspired, connect with lifelong contacts from all over the world, and walk away with new energy to grow their careers and change the world.

We have also leveraged existing programs and lessons learned through our signature conferences and webinars.

Participants in each cohort are paired with mentors and given time throughout the program to gain insights and advice on their ideas, learn from mentors’ experiences, and network to expand their professional networks.   What sets the ICSB Academy apart from other start-up boot camps are the resources and its absolute global nature. The ICSB Academy has drawn distinguished academicians from leading institutions of higher education from across the globe, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and business expert to culminate into the Global Faculty. Challenges faced in implementation

A challenge we have faced is obviously maintaining engagement with our beneficiaries during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We would normally have our events and initiatives in person but we have engaged with leaders and our Knowledge Hub network in order to remain connected to our beneficiaries and to create beneficial virtual programming.
