Achievement At Glance
Derived from the signing of commitments between the international program "Decent Employment for Youth" of the United Nations Agency for Labor (ILO) and the Institute for Youth Development and Attention in Guanajuato (JuventudESGTO), a vital alliance has been forged to address and promote decent jobs among the young population of the region.
This strategic alliance emerges in response to the urgent need to offer dignified and sustainable job opportunities to the youth of Guanajuato. Through close collaboration between the mentioned entities, the aim is to implement effective policies and programs that not only facilitate job placement but also foster an environment conducive to the professional and personal development of young people.
In June 2023, we decided to launch the "Juvempresa" alliance, which is a unique model of institutional collaboration to promote JuventudEsGTO services and the youth perspective in corporate environments, as well as promote the insertion of young people from Guanajuato into the labor market through access to professional opportunities within the best companies in Guanajuato.
Key Highlight On Guiding Principle
Our guiding principles is to promote public policies for the development of youth. Among these policies is the creation of dignified job opportunities. We encourage cooperation among the stakeholders involved.
