description

JuventudEsGto will support youth entrepreneurship by providing training on professional skills and the development of business plans. Selected business ideas developed by young people will receive technical support from the Secretariat of Sustainable Economic Development for Guanajuato State.

With the support from IdeaGto and Fondos Gto, young participants will have access to the Programme “Credit to Productive Projects”, through which they will access business incubation services and financing.

JuventudEsGto will establish Labour Intermediation Hubs to boost job placement and the integration of young people in the labour market across the state. Additionally, in collaboration with AIESEC, JuventudEsGto will facilitate the international mobility of young graduates by providing them with work-based opportunities for developing their professional experiences overseas through the program ‘‘GTO Internacional’’.

JuventudEsGto’s goals are to facilitate the alignment of services offered by different stakeholders and support the identification of youth needs at the municipal level, to ultimately enhance access to information and work opportunities in the region.
