The Agence Millennium Challenge Account-Morocco (MCA-Morocco), in partnership with the Ministry of Labor of Morocco and the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) launched a call for proposals to select organizations that will be involved in the implementation of the youth employment programme called Programme Emploi FBR in Morocco.
