Empowering youth at risk of social exclusion

Adecco Group and its Foundation is committed to supporting decent jobs for youth through the Empowered: Youth Employment Programme for youth at risk of social exclusion, which seeks to equip 1,000 disadvantaged young people in Latin America with the skills and tools to access employment opportunities in the formal economy. The Program is active in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.

The Empowered Programme aims to support 1,000 young women and men at risk of social exclusion in selected countries in Latin America. Through training workshops, the Programme equips young people with soft skills and offers job search advice to faciliate smooth transitions to the labour market.

Organizations supporting the implementation of the Empowered Programme at the country level provide human and physical resources to strengthen the targeting and profiling of young people, understanding their needs, local contexts and the employment opportunities in the job market.

The Programme focuses on a unique and effective solution for decent jobs through targeted supports to young people's professional and personal growth.
