Adecco Group and its Foundation is committed to supporting decent jobs for youth through the Empowered: Youth Employment Programme for youth at risk of social exclusion, which seeks to equip 1,000 disadvantaged young people in Latin America with the skills and tools to access employment opportunities in the formal economy.
