Tech education for job readiness of migrant youth

ReDI School upskills youth with a forced migration background in tech skills to accelerate their integration into the German job market. We offer free tech courses, career counselling, soft skills training and mentorship, as well as access to a network of professionals and partners. In addition, we are committed to gender equality and to the empowerment of female newcomers - and therefore have a minimum of 50% female participation across our schools.
