AFRALTI is an Inter- Governmental Organization established in 1991 to supplement and spearhead ICT development efforts mainly in English-speaking countries within Africa.
AFRALTI has been developing human resource capacity in the area of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) so as to catalyze the socio-economic development of the region. Our vision is to be a leading and self-sustaining Centre of Excellence for ICT capacity building in Africa and our mission is to provide quality training, consultancy and advisory services to both within and without the ICT Sector in Africa.
